Anna, Agnes & Memorial Jewellery
Anna and Agnes shared a heart from Tassel. Annas was still shiny, while Agneshad clear traces of the exploring life as a dog, with scratches and marks.Today, Anna wears both her and Agnes jewellery in her necklace.
This is the story about Agnes and her mum Anna. Anna and Agnes lived together in Northern Sweden and has been together since Agnes was 8 weeks old. She is a mixed breed of a high variety of breeds, but where the biggest part is poodle. Now it was not the breed that made Anna decide for Agnes to move in with her; It was Agnes eyes, she was really taken by the little puppy when they first met.
Agnes and Anna did everything together, shopping, spent the evenings on the couch together, taking long walks in the forest, she even got to eat with her, at least when there were no guests visiting. They were simply the best friends with all of what that means.
The close relationship and all the time together, of course, creates an even bigger hole when she is no longer here. Agnes passed away far too early. Anna discovered that she was no longer just as eager to take walks, something that would otherwise be the best she knew. She was tired, and sometimes she couldn't even get up in the couch, but choosed to lie on the floor below instead, something was wrong.
A visit to the veterinary showed cancer, an aggressive type that spread rapidly and the veterinary found that neither surgery nor chemotherapy could save her. It was a very heavy day and after having conculted with the veterinary and thought a week for herself, Agnes fell asleep, just 5 years old.
It would have been unworthy to let her be tormented more just for Anna to have her by her side.
-I never cried so much in my life like that week and the weeks after she left. I think everyone who has pets understands how it feels, says Anna.
Anna and Agnes shared a heart from Tassel. Annas was still shiny, while Agnes had clear traces of the exploring life as a dog, with scratches and marks. Today, Anna wears both her and Agnes jewellery in her necklace. The tears runs more rarely nowadays, and when she sees Agnes jewellery it is with warmth and joy that she remembers her instead of with sorrow. A memorial jewellery that really matters to Anna and where Agnes life has set her own tracks in the jewellery.
